Worked on improving existing medical image analysis pipelines including the StarDist algorithm in order to better detect cancer staining in biopsy samples at Boston Cell Standards.
Built data pipelines, analytics, and machine learning workflows for eye tracking technology at NeuroAgent AI.
Extended a codon analysis software to analyze mRNA stability, secondary structure, and higher order levels of codon usage at Codomax; also conducted various cell culture wet lab experiments including colony PCR, mini-prep, and maxi-prep procedures. Developed bioinformatics algorithms integrating mRNA secondary structure analysis with experimental stress codon data from CHO and Pichia cell culture studies; implemented an ML-driven protein expression analysis system and interactive web interfaces to optimize recombinant protein expression through data-driven codon engineering.
Worked with a STEM teacher to provide free engineering lessons to middle school students as a part of a STEM summer camp (Mass Academy's Junior Academy).
Created and taught lessons on CAD and cyphers to middle school students as a part of a computer science summer camp.
